Return, Replacement & Refunds Policy
- Customer can raise a return request only if the products received by the customer are in a damaged/defective state. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]
- You can raise a return/replacement request of a product within 24 hrs. Of its delivery in My Order section of your account. You can also contact our Customer Support team via email at sales@angeala.shop
- After raising the return request kindly email (sales@angeala.shop) the images of the damaged product in order to process the return/replacement request.
- The product will be picked up by one of our associates within 3 business days.
- Once the returned package is received at our ware house the package will undergo a verification process. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes are verified as intact.
- If only a part of your order is damaged, you can also choose to place a partial return request of that particular product with original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
- If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases where a replacement may not be available, the full amount shall be refunded by angeala.shop
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 business days after the return/replacement request has been verified by our team.
- For cash on delivery transactions, you will be contacted by one of our customer care executive to share your bank details on angealapersonalcare@gmail.com The refund amount will be initiated to the shared bank account within 3 business days after the return/replacement request has been verified by our team. It will take additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order has not been shipped yet
Any order which has not been shipped yet can be cancelled. If amount paid by you (prepaid order) would be refundable to you and should reflect in your account in 5-7 days.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- We do not accept return if product is damaged other than in transit.
- We do not accept return if product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories if original packaging of the product is tampered.
- We do not accept return if the product is used or altered.
- We do not accept return if the return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivered.
